We offer general bookkeeping services billed at an hourly rate. Hourly minimums are used as a fee base and are usually set to 1-2 hours per month for maintenance. General services include Quickbooks software set up, chart of accounts management, transaction classification, account reconciliation, invoicing and payment matching, software integrations, and financial report generation. Discounts are available for onboarding multiple entities and/or referring other clients!
Need a one time analysis or annual cleanup? Contact us for a quote on a flat fee project.
Don't like sitting on hold or talking to someone overseas for technical help? We may be able to help. Ask about setting up an AS-NEEDED contract for support and questions.
Do you have general bookkeeping questions, or want to learn how to do a specific bookkeeping task or two yourself? Hire us for a coaching session and we’ll sit down together and make sure you understand the process you want to complete.
Are you starting a new business or switching your software provider? We offer 25% off standard Quickbooks Online monthly subscription fees. Contact us to save money even if you don't need our bookkeeping services.
