Shoe Confessional Poetry Slam a Home Run
Last night’ #ShoeConfessional Poetry Slam was amazing. The charismatic Michael Guinn brought an enthusiasm that made the whole evening fun. The poems were amazingly deep— women’s life stories from Iran to America told through their shoes. It was a packed house. The talented  Joan Rosenzweig won first place. More on the winners later.
